Sound Check
The Cool Country area of the park is about
both kinds of music.
Country and Western.
Actually, it's more in line with the "southern rock" style.
Just a Swingin' is their obligatory wave swinger.
Note the double-wide seats.
Sorry, Karen. The Muddin' Monster Race ride isn't quite ready.

First ride - Eagles: Life in the Fast Lane!
We had about a five minute wait. No big.
M-A-I-L, James. Not that other kinda pouch.
The trains roll up into the station.
Everyone assumes they position.

The song kicks in as soon as you pull out
of the station.
I have to admit - it works.
Ugly footers. They need to throw down some sod or something.
I haven't been on a Vekoma mine train
before, but suffice it to
say I got on with very low expectations.
I was wrong. This thing is crazy fun. And the music works really well.

No matter how fun the ride is, nothing can
stop credit
whores from salivating over a cheap portable credit.
A better photographer would have gotten a
picture
of the fire effect here. Oh well.
After we got off the ride, it was time for the AARP ERT.
